This review analyzes these approaches and pinpoints a practical gap: a student-level, institution-focused system that brings the essential scholarship lifecycle together in one easily accessible digital setting. ScholarSync is put forward as a cloud-based web application for managing and monitoring scholarships, concentrating on integrating institutional workflows instead of adopting complex artificial-intelligence or blockchain infrastructure.
