Abstract / Description
The Shadow Raven (V14.2) Agro-Thermal Luminescent Module is a closed-loop, solid-state environmental light engine engineered within a 600mm 20-sided icosahedron fractal metamaterial shell. Operating safely within real-world thermodynamic parameters, the system uses a high-frequency interleaved matrix of 120° tri-cluster micro-lasers focused into an equatorial pinch point to maintain a stable, non-drifting laser-sustained plasma (LSP) core. This core behaves as a controlled "artificial sun," emitting an intense, full-spectrum broadband light source optimized for high-yield indoor vertical farming and space-grade ecological support systems. The entire structure is isolated from external environmental wear by an acoustically and magnetically levitated double-vacuum ceramic skin featuring an integrated array of polar external Tesla boundary-layer disks. These disks act as a fluid flywheel, utilizing viscous shear to stabilize rotational velocity (3,600 to 10,000 RPM) while operating as a contactless induction generator to reclaim kinetic exhaust energy. Thermal and acoustic energy cascading loops—comprising Surface Phonon Polariton (SPhP) thermophotovoltaics, fractal Bismuth Telluride micro-TEGs, and thermoacoustic TENG meshes—systematically disarm and recycle the core's internal energy. Internal atmosphere longevity is achieved via CERN-developed non-evaporable getter (NEG) films for passive trace gas filtration alongside thermoelectric cold traps, extending continuous, un-fouled operational uptime to 5–7 years and total chassis lifespan up to 45 years.
