Abstract / Description

Objectives The study evaluated the effectiveness of “Follow the Track,” a video-game-based educational intervention, on awareness and attitude regarding road safety among secondary and higher secondary school students. Material and methods A quasi-experimental non-equivalent pretest–post-test control-group design was adopted with 298 students (control = 140, experimental = 158) selected through nonprobability convenience sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with International Business Machines (IBM) Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.o Results Following the intervention, students in the experimental group showed statistically significant improvement in both awareness (t = −23.87, df = 157, p
