CONTROLLED CONCEPT MUTATION & EVOLUTION AT THE LIMITLiving Concept Civilization — Flagship Research Monograph 04STARLI / White Rainbow Civilization · 2026 ABSTRACT When does a deliberate alteration of a concept produce new, reproducible inferential power without silently overturning its defining propositions, source rights, or safety constraints? This English-language research monograph develops a hypothesis-led framework for controlled conceptual mutation. It treats mutation not as a biological fact about ideas, but as an auditable transformation over versioned propositions, typed edit operators, contextual invariants, comparison models, and independent tests. The project is organized around a three-coupling of mutation generation, invariant protection, and evidence selection. It examines additive and subtractive changes, explicit negation, analogical transfer, changes of scale, context substitution, composite operators, provenance preservation, permission inheritance, adversarial falsification, unknown-state calibration, negative findings, legal withdrawal, rollback, and multi-generation research succession. The governing research question is whether an edited concept generates a measurable new prediction or capability that survives rigorous baselines and hard rights constraints. All proposed scores require future operational definitions and calibration. STRUCTURE This volume contains 82 chapters with one provisional core equation per chapter and twelve separately paginated methodological research units per chapter. Its physics preface offers 30 distinct domain-conditional mathematical derivation routes accompanied by three-dimensional conceptual geometry; these are educational comparisons, not claims of physical laws governing conceptual evolution. The closing research apparatus comprises 200 independently indexed Research Gates followed by 33 Phoenix Answer Embryos. Each of these 233 entries includes a distinct physical equation anchor, which remains valid only in its appropriate physical regime and is not presented as experimental evidence for conceptual behavior. SCIENTIFIC STATUS AND RESEARCH ETHICS The book is a research agenda and structured hypothesis collection rather than an account of completed empirical findings. All worked examples, proposed systems, experimental protocols, metrics, derived conceptual indices, and positive predictions are UNVERIFIED until tested. Strong baselines, negative controls, held-out tasks, error attribution, rights checks, reproducibility, and independent successor review are conditions for future validation. No text length, model agreement, or graphical sophistication is claimed as proof of novelty. Public availability does not override consent, privacy, attribution, or cultural governance. OPEN RESEARCH DESIGN The 200 Research Gates are intended as stand-alone, falsifiable investigation prompts. The 33 Phoenix Answer Embryos are not authoritative answers; they are candidates that may be rejected, decomposed, revised, branched, or responsibly retired. The program invites independent critical testing and lawful reinterpretation across researchers, models, institutions, and generations. RESEARCH LINEAGE AND REFERENCE POINTS This volume expands Flagship 04 of Living Concept Civilization: Eighteen Tri-Coupled Flagship Research Programs, v2.0 (2026-10-13), provided as the project's working mother document.
